1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with LOGISTICS MVM LTD for mobile app development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service agreement.

2. Services Provided

LOGISTICS MVM LTD provides mobile application development services including but not limited to:

  • UX/UI design and prototyping
  • iOS and Android native development
  • Cross-platform app development using Flutter and React Native
  • API integration and backend services
  • App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Quality assurance and testing
  • App deployment and maintenance

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be detailed in a separate project agreement or statement of work. This document will outline the exact services to be provided and the associated costs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, payments are structured as follows:

  • An initial deposit may be required to commence work
  • Milestone payments based on project progress
  • Final payment upon project completion and delivery

All payments are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom-developed mobile application will transfer to the client, except for:

  • Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks
  • Third-party components and services
  • Proprietary tools and methodologies developed by LOGISTICS MVM LTD

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Supply all necessary materials, content, and access credentials
  • Respond to requests for information within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

7. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Significant changes to the project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope of work. Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the project timeline. LOGISTICS MVM LTD will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

9. Warranty and Support

LOGISTICS MVM LTD provides a warranty period for bug fixes related to the delivered application, as specified in the project agreement. Support and maintenance services beyond the warranty period may be available under a separate maintenance agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

LOGISTICS MVM LTD's liability is limited to the total project fee paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered application.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. LOGISTICS MVM LTD reserves the right to retain work products until payment is received.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
